Bent Frame? Restored to Factory Tolerances.
What It Is
Structural Repair, Done Right.
Today's vehicles use a unibody design where the frame and body are one integrated structure. After a collision, even millimeters of misalignment can compromise crash safety, airbag timing, tire wear, and drivability.
We use laser-guided, computerized measuring systems to bring every point of your frame back to within factory tolerances — not "close enough."

Why It Matters
Your Frame Is Your Safety Cage.
Crash Protection
Crumple zones are engineered to deform a specific way. A misaligned frame redirects crash energy into you instead of away.
Airbag Timing
Frame sensors trigger airbags. A bent unibody can delay or mis-deploy them in the next collision.
Drivability & Tire Wear
Out-of-spec frames cause pulling, vibration, premature tire and suspension wear, and failed alignments.

Our Process
How We Restore a Damaged Frame.
- 01Computerized Measurement
We mount your vehicle on the frame bench and laser-measure every control point.
- 02Damage Mapping
Software compares your readings to factory specs and identifies every deviation.
- 03Controlled Pulling
Calibrated hydraulic towers pull each section back toward spec — slowly, in stages.
- 04Section Replacement (if needed)
Severely damaged sections are replaced per OEM sectioning procedures.
- 05Final Measurement & Scan
Re-measure and run a post-repair diagnostic scan to verify all systems.
